What are the best Internet marketing courses to read?
You must buy at least one good course if you
are serious about Internet marketing. I can't stress this enough.
Less than 5% of all web sites (that's only 850,000 out of 17 million!)
make money and the main reason for the failure of all the rest is
the owners haven't done their homework. A course will teach you
in 2 weeks what experience will teach in 2 years. There are a lot
of courses available but there a few very good ones written by actual
self-made "Internet millionaires". Cory Rudl's
Course - Best overall
Cory started from an initial budget of $25 and now rakes in over
$7,200,000 a year. Over $2,400,000 of that from emails alone. In
my opinion this course is the best and the one from which I learned
the most, it is also the #1 selling course on the Internet and has
recently been updated.
Cory
Rudl's Secrets To Their Success - Goes
well with Cory's course
Here regular people who are making between $30,000 and $2,000,000
a year are interviewed and reveal how they started, what works,
what doesn't, how they get visitors, how they make sales and a whole
lot more. Also included are weekly site critiques by experts. The
ideas from my first 2 sites came from here. Goes well with Cory's
course. Super
Affiliate Handbook - Best for affiliate
marketing
Rosalind Gardner is an ex air traffic controller that is making
a fortune from the Internet selling other peoples products, I'm
talking over $400,000 a year. She knows what she is doing and has
written a great book that covers every little detail. You won't
come out of this book feeling you haven't gotten to the meat because
its all meat (soy-based meat substitute for the vegetarians). Marlon
Sanders' Amazing Formula
Marlon is a true online character and one of the best and most entertaining
sales copy writers alive. In 1996, before becoming an online marketer,
his gross annual income was less than $30,000! His site is worth
a look just to see how the experts do it. Neil Shearing's Internet Success Blueprint
Neil has a Phd in cancer research and is a very successful Internet
marketer. It was while using the Internet as a student he became
interested in marketing. This course is a 15 step plan for creating
and marketing your own info product. Neil
Shearing's Internet Success Diamonds
This is Neil's follow up to Internet Success Blueprint. He interviewed
10 of the Internet's recognized gurus and extracted 3 secrets from
each. An eye opener. Ken Evoy's Make
Your Site Sell (MYSS) - Cheap
Ken is a doctor with a talent for the Internet. He has grown his
business into a multi-faceted empire by helping thousands of other
people achieve their online dreams. This manual is also cheaper
than most but quite big. 30 Days
to Internet Marketing Success
This book is great for anyone who needs a day by day plan of action.
Joe Kumar, was
mentored by Mark Joyner (now semi-retired from Internet marketing but one of the most influential of the last 10 years), and using
Mark's considerable influence was able to persuade 28 leading marketers
to provide a 30 day plan for success. So if one plan doesn't suit
you, you have another 27 to choose from.
ASIDE: Unfortunately, Joe squandered whatever chance he had of a lasting career within the Internet marketing genre. He swindled numerous people from their money through out-and-out lying and got caught up in message board squabbles, reminding us all that despite the success of his book he was still only 18.

Place
Declan Dunn, Patrick Anderson and Michael Henderson have developed
some great products. So Net savvy are these guys that Declan Dunn
was able to create a free store (a free web site provided by a virtual
store) and use free advertising to make 5 sales in less than 5 hours.
And he did it just to kill a few hours before his dinner guests
arrived. After writing a book about the methods he used, these guys
instructed their employees to follow the same steps in developing
their own sites. Those sites generated over $143,000 in commissions
in just 7 weeks!! |
